Warranty Information:
All CAMERAS and DVR include 2 years warranty. (Effective for orders placed after July 1st, 2009 - Orders prior that date, include 1 year
warranty only)
All others electronics devices include 1 year warranty.
If you have any problems with a product you have purchased from SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR, please contact our technical support staff before deciding to return the product.
If we can't get a solution, we will reach you a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA Number. Read Return Policy

Limitation of Liability: SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR will not be responsible for consequential damage
to the system or its components caused by either internal or external
equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained
from SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR.
The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may
occur as result of:
1. Shipping or improper installation or maintenance.
2. Misuse, neglect or improper environment.
3. Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options/parts
by anyone other than a SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR.
4. Excessive or inadequate electrical power surges or other
irregularities.
Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Policy: Due to liability and legal
issues, SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR is unable to assist in the areas of networking, firewall
and/or anything outside the performance of the actual DVR purchased from SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR.
In the moment the a DVR is being returned for repair, all Hard Drives
are under risk of having their data deleted or re-formatted. All data will be
lost. It is advised that all DVR data must be backup in a secondary source before sent it in for repair.

Todas las CAMARAS y DVR incluyen 2 años de garantia. (Valido para ordenes a partir de el dia 1 de Julio del 2009 - Ordenes anteriores a esta fecha, incluyen 1 año
de garantia solamente)
Todos los otros articulos electronicos incluyen 1 año de garantia.
Si tiene algun problema con un producto comprado en SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR, por favor
contacte a nuestro equipo de soporte tecnico antes que decida reenviarnos
el producto.

Limitacion de responsabilidad:
SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR no es responsable por daños consecuentes al sistema o sus componentes causados por otros equipos internos o externos no instalados o comprados en SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR.
La garantia limitada tampoco cubre ningun daño que ocurra resultado de:
1. Envio, instalacion o mantenimiento impropio.
2. Mal uso, negligencia o ambiente impropio para el funcionamiento.
3. Alguna reparacion, modificacion, ajuste o instalacion de accesorios o
partes por alguien mas que SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR.
4. Fallas electricas excesivas, inadecuadas o irregulares.
Politica para los DVR: Debido a responsabilidades y cuestiones
juridicas, SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR no esta disponible para asistir en areas de
programacion de redes, firewall u otras opciones que sean ajenas a los DVR
comprados en SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR.
En el momento que el DVR es retornado para reparacion, todos los Discos Duros corren el riesgo de perder los datos grabados o ser formateados. Es aconsejable
que la informacion sea copiada o descargada antes de enviarnos la maquina.
