Return Policy
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
1. Call customer service at (305) 593-6955 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number will be send to you by email with the RMA Form attached.
2. Wait to be contacted by SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR to get the RMA number approval before to return the item.
3. All items must include the original model and barcode label. Otherwise, SecurityCameraDistributor reserves the right to delay or refuse the repair or exchange of any item.
4. All returned merchandise must be APPROVED by SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR and include the RMA number issued prior ship the products.
5. SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR will refuse all packages arriving without RMA number.
6. A copy of the authorized RMA Form must be pasted outside the box facing up, otherwise SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right to refuse the box.
Returns for "exchange or store credit"
1. Returns may be made within 15 days of product delivered. SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR, will not be responsible for any product that becomes after 15 days of receipt.
2. All returned merchandise for exchange or store credit, must be in new original condition and original packing materials. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially shipped 'double-boxed' must be returned in like fashion.
3. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.Buyer is responsible for all
return shipping charges.
4. Store Credit will be valid for 60 days ONLY.
Returns under "WARRANTY"
Read our Warranty Policy to see if your item applies for a return.
Items must be received within 10 business days of issue of your RMA number. A delay will result a RMA cancellation.
RMA items will be repaired
or replaced at SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTORS’s discretion.
SECURITY CAMERA DISTRIBUTOR reserves the right not to replace product until the replacement is
returned from Vendor.
Replaced items will be shipped to customers via UPS ground for free.Internatinal Returns must be paid by the customer. For faster
service on returns, the customer must pay difference.
''No Fault Found'' RMA Items, have to be shipped back at purchaser’s expense.
Please include the following information when returning an item:
- RMA number clearly visible on the OUTER SHIPPING BOX OR WRITTEN ON THE MAILING LABEL, NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX.
*(Please do not write on the actual product box or the package will not be accepted even if it is defective).
- A copy of your original invoice (inside of box).
